This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Orient Web Technologies, the owner of Softaze ("Company"), and the affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Softaze Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the online application. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Promotion of Softaze
As an Affiliate, you agree to actively promote Softaze through your marketing channels. All promotional materials must comply with the guidelines provided by the Company and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
⦿ You will only use approved marketing materials provided by the Company.
⦿ You will not engage in any misleading, unethical, or illegal promotional activities.
⦿ You will ensure that all promotional content clearly identifies you as an affiliate.
4. Commission and Payment
⦿ Affiliates will earn a commission for each new customer referred to Softaze who completes a purchase.
⦿ The commission rate and structure will be specified in your affiliate account.
⦿ Payments will be made monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
⦿ Payments will be made via the payment method selected in your affiliate account.
5. Tracking and Reporting
The Company will provide tracking tools to monitor the performance of referrals. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the correct tracking links are used in promotions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all promotional materials related to Softaze and cease any further promotion.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or the Affiliate’s participation in the program.
8. Modification
The Company reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
